WELCOME – thanks for stopping by!! My name is Allison Sigurdson and I am a Real Estate Agent with Urban Property Real Estate. I have a passion for Real Estate and for helping people. My favorite part of my role as an agent is seeing the joy this experience brings to a persons face, and knowing that I had a part in that. I always have my clients best interest at heart, which has greatly contributed to my success.
I am a native Manitoban but have made Calgary home for the last 10 years. I bought my first piece of Real Estate here in Calgary in 2001 from there my passion and knowledge for Real Estate have grown immensly. Being on the other side of the table I felt the need for a greater level of service for myself and for others. With a strong sales and marketing background, and a love for Real Estate I knew it would be a winning combination.

I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 and was fortunate to land a position with a company that offered me a world class training program. My strong skill set in Sales and Marketing is balanced with education and experience – which has armed me with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with my clients and other industry members, exercise the skill to find you your perfect home or attract the ideal buyers through marketing and technology, and to be a winner at the negotiating table.
